Shipping Made Simple

We work hard to get your order ready as quickly as possible! Processing usually takes up to 4 business days, and if there’s ever a delay, we’ll let you know right away.

For most U.S. orders (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico), our standard shipping method is USPS Ground Service, which typically delivers within 3–7 business days from the time your order ships.

Free Shipping within the contiguous United States - excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories and possessions, such as Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

RETURN POLICY

Detroit Wire Wear offers a 15-day return policy. This means you have 15 days from the date you receive your items to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to exchange your purchase is to place a new order and
return the received item. We will credit your first purchase, less our cost of shipping, once the returned item is received in its original packaging and condition.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Discounted items, cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

DAMAGE
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If we made an error, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. We cannot be responsible for items returned without prior authorization.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-day COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
Please inspect your merchandise as soon as you receive it. We must be notified of any problems or defects within fifteen days of receiving your order. Should you have any concerns, please email us at detroitwirewearinfo@gmail.com. We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#) depending upon the condition of the return. All returns must be accompanied with an RA#. Should your merchandise be deemed resalable and in good condition, the return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and store credit will be issued.
