Returns & Exchanges

Detroit Wire Wear offers a 15-day return policy. This means you have 15 days from the date you receive your items to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Should your merchandise be deemed resalable and in good condition, the return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and store credit will be issued.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to exchange your purchase is to place a new order and
return the received item. We will credit your first purchase, less the cost of shipping, once the returned item is received in its original packaging and condition.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Discounted items cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

DAMAGE
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can make it right. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-day COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags,
and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
Please inspect your merchandise as soon as you receive it. We must be notified of any problems or defects within fifteen days of receiving your order. Should you have any concerns, please email us at detroitwirewearinfo@gmail.com. We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#) depending upon the condition of the return. All returns must be accompanied with an RA#. Should your merchandise be deemed resalable and in good condition, the return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and store credit will be issued.
